Projects and Assignments
Our central task in Consultancy Projects and Assignments is to gather information, to propose, to develop clinical strategy and to advise on best practice.
We may also assist in the implementation of best practice and train professionals and staff to adopt new ways of working that may be more consistent with best practice.
Our Consultancy work can be in a number of formats that are not mutually exclusive. They include desk research, individual structured interviews with professionals, staff and patients, senior management team meetings, multidisciplinary team meetings, and staff meetings.
We time-line our projects with built-in progress review sessions in which our clients participate. These review sessions are the forum where together with our clients we take stock of gains and achievements and plan the next step.
